Not only are they incredibly easy, but when you use organic, pasture-raised chicken and cleaner ingredients, you get crispy oven-baked wings that taste better than anything you’d order out.

Ingredients for Healthy Chicken Wings

For the wings:

  • 2 packs of Pasture Bird pasture-raised organic chicken wings
  • Simply Organic Garlic powder
  • Simply Organic Paprika
  • Simply Organic Black pepper
  • Healthy Rican Savory spice blend
  • Laila Ali G.O.A.T. seasoning blend
  • Redmond Sea salt
  • Chosen Foods Avocado oil
  • Stainless steel baking pans + cooling racks

For the healthy buffalo sauce:

  • Primal Kitchen Buffalo wing sauce
  • Melted organic grass-fed butter
  • Splash of organic lemon juice
  • Pinch of sea salt

How to Make Crispy Oven-Baked Chicken Wings

1. Preheat your oven

Set your oven to 425°F. 

2. Season the wings

Place wings in a large bowl and coat with all seasonings.

3. Prepare your baking setup

Lightly oil your cooling racks and place them over baking pans. This allows airflow underneath, helping create extra crispy oven wings.

4. Bake the wings

Arrange wings in a single layer and bake:

  • 20 minutes on one side
  • Flip, then 20 minutes on the other

5. Make the buffalo sauce

While wings cook, combine:

  • Buffalo sauce
  • Melted grass-fed butter
  • Lemon juice
  • Pinch of sea salt

6. Toss and finish

Once wings are done (leave oven on), toss them in the sauce until coated.

Return to the oven for 10–15 minutes to let the sauce bake in and caramelize.
