I’ve been to Denver twice now for a food and product expo called Newtopia, and every single time I visit, I fall more in love with the city’s energy — the mountain views, the kind people, and the fact that there are so many clean, seed-oil-free food options.
If you’re visiting soon and want to stay healthy while still indulging, here are my personal favorites all IAMJASYRA-approved, packed with flavor, and made with real ingredients.
1. One Fold
Hands down, this was the most delicious spot I’ve been to in Denver. I ordered the lunch bowl, and it was honestly the best thing ever think of it like a cleaner, spicier version of Chipotle but with way more depth of flavor.
They also serve tacos and fried rice that are bursting with flavor. Everything tastes fresh and intentional the perfect balance of comfort food and wellness.
2. Sweetgreen
Sweetgreen never misses when it comes to quick, fresh meals that you can make as clean as you want. My go-to is a custom bowl with:
• A rice base
• 2–3 servings of steak
• Cucumbers, onions, and apples for crunch and freshness
It’s simple, filling, and perfect if you’re running between events or exploring downtown Denver.
3. True Food Kitchen
If you want a sit-down spot that still aligns with your clean-eating lifestyle, True Food Kitchen is your place. They use high-quality, mostly organic ingredients and the flavor never disappoints.
My usual order includes:
• Grass-fed burger (juicy and flavorful)
• Tuscan dusk fries
• Chicken tenders or sourdough pizza
• And the cookie with ice cream — trust me, it’s worth it.
4. Just BE Kitchen
If you’re looking for a spot that’s 100% gluten-free, grain-free, and made with pure, clean ingredients — Just BE Kitchen is the one.
My favorite item is the French toast sliders (you’ll dream about them later) they taste like healthy McGriddles from McDonald's. You also can’t go wrong with the grass-fed burger, breakfast quesadilla, or burrito. Everything is crafted with so much care.
Plus, the owner is the sweetest, and you can feel the heart behind the entire experience.
5. Urban Farmer
Now, Urban Farmer isn’t entirely seed-oil-free by default, but that’s easy to fix just ask for your food to be cooked in butter or olive oil. They were super accommodating when we visited.
I had the grass-fed burger, and my friends ordered steaks everything was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. It’s a great upscale option if you’re celebrating or want a cozy dinner with clean modifications.
Bonus Tip: Stock Up Locally
If you’re staying in an Airbnb, check out Sprouts or Whole Foods to grab some clean snacks, pantry staples, and produce.
I personally travel with all my non-toxic essentials snacks, supplements, EMF blanket, and my portable air purifier (yes, I’m that girl 😆). But Denver makes it easy to restock if you forget anything.
